We are usually able to deliver within 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping within the EU + Norway on all orders over 100 euro.
For Non-EU orders, we are unfortunately not able to provide the same flexibility and cheap rates, and the shipping price is a fixed €40.
Depending on your residence country, you might be subject to extra shipping, handling, and import fees. Please check with your local authorities, as it may depend on many different factors.
Returns
If you wish to make returns, you must pack the item(s), together with a filled-out return form, and return it within 30 days after you receive your package. We do not cover the cost of this.

We recommend that you save the post office receipt and tracking number as proof of your delivery to the post office/carrier.
Please note that all returns must be sent directly to our address. We do not pick up return shipments in parcel shops or at the post office.
Refund
Once we have received the package, we will credit your money back to your used payment method within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email confirming this.
You can return items within 30 days. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them. Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.
Do not remove any tags or hangtags from the items.
