We offer free shipping within the EU + Norway on all orders over 99 EUR and ship out within 24 hours on business days.

Shipping cost on orders below 99 EUR within EU + Norway: EUR 10 / DKK 39 / NOK 99 / SEK 75

Worldwide shipping cost: EUR 29

I live in Norway - what kind of fees can i expect?
All Norwegian orders include local taxes and duties paid, so there are no additional costs for you.

I do not live in the EU – what kind of fees can I expect?
Depending on residence country, you might be subject to extra shipping, handling and import fees. Please check with your local authorities, as it may depend on many different factors.

Tracking
All EU orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to our shipping carrier. If you order from outside the EU, please contact us for more information regarding your tracking.

Returns

If you wish to make returns, you must pack the item(s), together with a filled-out return form, and return it within 30 days after you receive your package. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and hangtags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags may be rejected.

Return costs are at your own expense. We do, however, offer easy returns through our return portal where you can book a return label and have it sent by email. See prices below.

1. Return via our return portal (selected countries only)

If you live in one of the countries listed below, you can use our return portal for a simple and convenient process.

These prices apply only when using our return portal. To use the return portal, you will need a credit card and a printer. If you do not have a credit card, please follow option 2 below.

2. Return using your own shipping (all other countries or by choice)
If:

  • you live outside the countries listed above, or
  • you do not wish to use our return portal,

… you can off course still return your order, but you will need to arrange and pay for shipping yourself. We are unable to provide price estimates for self-arranged returns.

Important information about returns
We recommend that you always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number when sending a return. You are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us, and having a receipt and tracking will help ensure that your return is safely delivered. Without tracking, we may unfortunately have difficulty locating your package.

Shipping carrier
We recommend using GLS or another carrier that delivers directly to business addresses.
We do not pick up packages from parcel shops or post offices, so please ensure:

  • the shipping label is set for home/business delivery
  • the package is not delivered to a parcel shop

If a return is sent to a parcel shop and cannot be delivered to us, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Refund
Once we have received the package, we will credit your money back to your used payment method within 3-7 business days.

You will receive an email confirming this.

You can return items within 30 days. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them. Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

Do not remove any tags or hangtags from the items. This will not be accepted as a complete condition of the item.


New return form
A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form.

Exchanges

At the moment we are not able to make a direct exchange. Please send back the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Claims

If you have unfortunately received a defective item, an incorrect size, or anything else beyond a standard return, please contact us at info@gabba.com.
