HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item, you must pack the item, together with a filled-out return form, and then drop it off with your desired shipping solution.

Once we have received the package, we will credit your money back to your used payment method within 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email confirming this.

You can return items within 90 days. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them. Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

Do not remove any tags or hangtags from the items.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free returns to the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Belgium, and Austria.

We are currently unable to offer free returns for customers outside of these markets - sorry!

However, if you are experiencing quality problems or have any questions regarding this, please contact info@gabba.com.

When will my account be credited, after my return?

Once we receive the items at our warehouse, we will process the return, and you should have the money within 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirming the processing of your return.

If you did not receive your money within 5 business days, please contact customer support at info@gabba.com.

What information do i need to attach when returning items?

Please fill out our return form. It should be included in your shipment. If not, you can find it by clicking here.

Can i exchange items for another size or model?

Of course! However, to ensure quick delivery, we ask you to return the unwanted size, and then place a new order online.

I live in Norway - what kind of fees can i expect?

All Norwegian orders include local taxes and duties paid, so there are no additional costs for you.

I DON'T LIVE IN THE EU - WHAT KIND OF FEES CAN I EXPECT?

Depending on residence country, you might be subject to extra shipping, handling and import fees.

Please check with your local authorities, as it may depend on many different factors.

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

You should receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact customer support at info@gabba.com
